Chamber FurnaceThese chamber furnaces are offered for a range of heat-treatment applications including stress relieving, normalizing, hardening and tempering. All the chamber furnaces are equipped with effective insulation that reduces heat loss into the work environment and aids in faster heat-up. These furnaces result in faster heating and utilize electrical heating elements or are gas fired/oil fired. The furnaces are designed to provide the following consistent features: - Uniform heating

Conveyorized FurnaceThese specially designed conveyorized furnace are suitable for heat-treatment of bulk jobs on continuous basis like forged steel parts, washers, fasteners, sockets and bearings. Conveyors can be of mesh belt type or slat type or chain-strap type. Speed of conveyor can be varied through DC control drives. These conveyorized furnace includes the following features: - Multi-Temperature zones depending on application are available.

Pit Pot FurnaceWe explore wide range of specially designed pit pot furnaces used for annealing, normalizing & salt-bath solution treatment. These pit pot furnaces are electrically heated with high-tech ceramics blanket insulation. These furnaces are provided with steel baffles that accommodate the charge basket that prevents the charge not to be exposed to direct radiation of heat.
